#CAIRChallenge urges Muslims to help register five people to vote (WASHINGTON, D.C., 9/26/16) - The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today launched #CAIRChallenge – a voter registration initiative in which participants pledge to register five people to vote. CAIR is also asking Muslim voters to share photographs and videos of their stories of registering people to vote by posting items on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snap Chat, Vine – and including the hashtag #CAIRChallenge. As part of the #CAIRChallenge, CAIR is releasing a series of videos to encourage Americans Muslims to exercise their civic duty and vote. The first #CAIRChallenge video features CAIR-MN Executive Director Jaylani Hussein.
