CAIR: Virginia Mosque Vandalized for 2nd Time in One Week, Stepped-Up Security for Eid Prayers Urged (WASHINGTON, D.C., 7/17/15) - An official with the Manassas Muslim Association in Manassas, Va., reported to the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, that the mosque’s air conditioning unit was vandalized again tonight - the second such vandalism this week. On Tuesday, CAIR called on law enforcement authorities to investigate a possible bias motive for the first act of vandalism.
